I fucking LOVE winter.
Reasons why?
Knee high socks, slippers, ice, snow, boots, shoes, hoodies, peacoats, everything warm, cuddling, fireplaces, sex, hot chocalate, green tea, scraping the windshield, red wine, more socks, more shoes, new boots, new jackets.....and well, hibernation!!
What's the best music documentary or concert film you've seen?
DIG
It's a music documentary/ bullshit rant about Brian Jonestown Massacre vs The Dandy Warhols.
Its interesting to say the least. I love both bands, but more so BJM. And basically this doc/movie bashes Anton into pieces. God I love him though.
Do you own all the albums of any particular musical artist or group? Who?

Brian Jonestown Massacre
Lol
Think thats it actually.....
But I started at noon.
Ouch.
It was Monday---the event was the company party/picnic, held at Blue Lake park here in Portland.
8 Kegs, 20 cases of PBR, 2 cases of wine, and some Sangria.
Kickball, paddle boats, water guns, horseshoes, wrestiling, making out....name it.....
And Oh my God, my body is so freakin sore. Its day two after the party, and Im STILL hungover...
Mind you, the picnic was held from noon-6. The after party went on for hours though---well until 4am......even later for some.
Yuk

Which friend or acquaintance most influenced your taste in music?
Submitted by Rev Stan.
Mmmm....oh how I love the subject of music. Always my favorite.
There were a few good influences, but had to narrow it down to 3 people.
Katie. Shes been my friend for almost 15 years, if it wasnt for her sisters, we'd be lost. From about the age of 12, we were introduced to so many great bands--including Built to Spill, Treepeople, The Pixies, and Modest Mouse. And I mean, ages ago it was!!
Derek. He works--or worked(not sure) at The Record Exchange in Boise. Hes been a friend/acquaintance of mine for about 6 yrs now. He showed me more music then I had time for. Endless names, all of which I still listen to, and would be lost without. Names like; Band of Horses, Mt Egypt, My Morning Jacket, Clap your Hands and Say Yeah, The Eels( I knew way before him) but he reintroduced me.
Third person I chose to mention is Josh. He's a new friend of mine here in Portland. Just recently he lent me a stack of cds to listen to which included; The Sonics, Wipers, Dead Moon, The Birthday Party, and of course, Iggy and The Stooges. (This shit is amazing--how was I without it before??)
There are a few others down the track that had huge influences on my taste in music, including Joe Schlecte, (The Ramones, and other kick ass 70s punk bands) And also my ex boyfriend Scot( Fugazi, Dinosaur Jr, Agent Orange)
I could keep going with this, for pages and pages....but will leave it at that....;)
